We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless found defective. Returned merchandise should include, among others, the original vendor packaging and other tags intact and be in the same unused and undamaged condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply, where it becomes absolute essential.
Special promotional offers shall be governed by the special rules which shall override STANZAWORLD.COM Cancellation & Return Policy.

CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER
We have a user friendly cancellation policy as mentioned below, which is to be followed if any order is / are, required to be cancelled:
If you may want to alter the ordered size or colour option of a product you have ordered or you want to update your shipping address then such changes can only be permitted before we ship the product. Under no circumstances can we permit for alteration after shipping of the merchandise. Refund shall only be made by crediting your STANZA Account with us by way of cashback.
We permit for only whole order cancellation(s) until none of the items in your order have been shipped from our warehouse(s).
If any of the item(s) in your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will not be able to cancel the order.
Once your cancellation request is approved, we shall refund by crediting into your STANZA account by way of cashback.
CANCELLATION BY STANZAWORLD
Please be informed that there may be situations or difficulties on our part due to which we may not be able to take and execute your order(s). Therefore, we hereby reserve our right, at our discretion, to refuse or cancel such order for any reason. Your order may be cancelled due to, among other reasons, limitations on available quantities, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We will communicate to you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to admit your order. If your order is cancelled after debit of your credit card, the said amount will be reversed back into your Card Account.
CONDITIONS THAT SHALL GOVERN RETURNS
In the event of any merchandise ordered by you is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or is different from what you had expected then you are fully entitled to return the merchandise unused and in the same condition as you had received it together with its original packaging, invoice and original tags for a refund, within thirty (30) days from the delivery date.
Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that the packaging has not been tampered with. If you believe, before taking delivery of the merchandise, that the merchandise is not in good condition, or the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the same and call our STANZAWORLD Customer Care at 040-23792132-34 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to replace the delivery.
For returns, you may call STANZAWORLD customer care on 040-23792132-34 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com and request for a return. We will arrange for the merchandise to be collected from the delivery address through courier. We shall process the return/ refund which shall be subject to the receipt of the merchandise at our location in unused and undamaged condition in its original packaging, originally attached tags and original invoice, failing which return/ refund may not be entertained.
In case you opt for self shipping the merchandise to us, please do retain the shipping receipt/ Airway Bill and update us through email to firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com to enable us to track the delivery of your returns.
While handing over the merchandise and the original invoice to the courier pursuant to a request for a return, please remember to retain from the courier, Airway Bill & a copy of the Sales Invoice for future reference.
Refunds for the item(s) shall be done of equivalent value of the returned item(s).
Any refund against a return request made to STANZAWORLD Customer Care, and collected by courier from the delivery address shall be processed only upon receipt of the merchandise in unused and undamaged condition in its original packaging; originally attached tags and original invoice, failing which return/ refund may not be entertained.
After the merchandise is received by STANZAWORLD, and subject to verification of the purchase and condition of merchandise the same shall be processed for a refund within 5 working days of receipt of the merchandise at our end. In the event the returned merchandise is found to be not meeting to our return terms then the same shall not be entertained and shall be returned to you without any refund.
Refunds shall be made after successful processing of the returned merchandise by crediting your STANZA account by cash back mode. The same can be adjusted against future purchase made by you only through our online store.
